I was born in San Cristóbal, Venezuela. My path took me to Miami to learn English, to a host family in Germany during high school, and to China and India for study abroad during college. Those experiences shape how I work across cultures.
As a Senior Program Manager at Microsoft, I work on Azure cloud platforms, building on a career in security engineering and cloud services. I bring teams together around shared problems and help turn complex requirements into systems people can use.
I founded Nuevo Foundation in 2018 to give more students a first chance to code. We publish our learning resources openly so volunteers and educators can run workshops without me in the room. The goal is not to do everything myself, but to make it possible for more people to contribute.
I became the first Venezuelan-American to have a statue in the United States: a 3D printed life-size statue displayed at the Smithsonian as part of the AAAS IF/THEN Collection, celebrating women in STEM.

Wanderly is a custom GitHub Copilot agent I built to plan trips and turn my travel experience into interactive city guides. The project is open source, so others can explore the guides or build on the code.

Every child deserves to see themselves in technology.
In 2018, I founded Nuevo Foundation with a simple mission: to inspire children from underrepresented backgrounds to explore, feel confident, and succeed in STEM careers.
We share our curriculum as open source so educators and volunteers can teach in their own communities. Our workshops combine hands-on coding with role models who help students see a place for themselves in technology.
